Meat often contains large lumps of fat that can make it difficult to obtain samples representative of a whole batch. That’s why we came up with an instrument that can measure it all.
MeatMaster has a built-in conveyor belt and can fit directly in you production line. Fresh meat, frozen meat or meat packed in sealed plastic or cardboard boxes is conveyed through the instrument and analyzed for total fat content. The meat can be in the form of boneless joints, minced meat or trimmings.
