Malic acid, volatile acid, pH, total acid, glucose/fructose and ethanol.

Finished wine

The finished wine calibration can be used on stable finished wine and includes the following parameters:
Ethanol, total acid, volatile acid, malic acid, pH and glucose/fructose.
