WineScan™ FT120 Basic employs a purpose build FTIR interferometer (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy). An FTIR interferometer scans the full infrared spectrum, opening up for easy access to new applications and analysis components. Simultaneous collection of data from the full spectrum makes analysis of new components a matter of calibration development, because the spectral information is already there.
