The Olivia is a handy and affordable analyser for olive paste and pomace. Providing a rapid measurement of fat content, Olivia helps you find the best possible olives for milling. It then allows you to control the subsequent pressing process for optimal output based on a rapid measurement of fat and moisture in the pomace.
