The technology behind BioFoss™

The BioFoss employs Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR). FOSS is first in introducing Fourier Transform Infrared Analysis (FTIR) technology to the bioethanol industry.
A particular strength of FTIR is that it is ideal for testing liquid samples and it can deliver measurements for a wide range of parameters in a single analysis operation, making it ideal for fermentation monitoring applications.
