MilkoScan™ FT1

Building on the well proven analytical technology behind the renowned MilkoScan™ FT120, the MilkoScan FT1 offers the very latest in liquid milk testing. The MilkoScan FT1 analyses the main product components in milk as well as screening for milk abnormalities - all at once. The analysis results can be used for payment, securing the safety of raw material, calculating the mass balance for standardizations purposes and verifying end products.

FTIR technology

Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) analysis

Powerful Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) analysis enables the measurement of new parameters even in complex dairy products.

MilkoScan™ FT1 uses Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) analysis. It scans the full infrared spectrum enabling the measurement of new parameters even in complex dairy products. And, as all FTIR instruments are standardised, calibrations can be transferred with no loss in accuracy.

Screening for milk adulteration with spectrum screening

Improve food safety with integrated spectrum screening. You can check milk for abnormalities at the same time as other quantity checks are performed. No extra equipment or time is required.

Easy and simple software

The new Software is easy to learn and use and includes valuable features such control chart for monitoring instrument stability, Easy Slope & intercept adjustment and product specification control.

Auto clean for flexible analysis

The automatic clean and zero module reduces operator time by allowing rapid single sample analysis with no time required for cleaning. The operator can just present the sample and leave after 30 seconds.

Instrument standardisation

MilkoScan FT1 instruments are standardised for high stability, for example, to give the same results regardless cuvette wear. Likewise, if a new cuvette is installed, only minor slope and intercept adjustments are required.
